Core Reform Pilates

Core Reform Pilates offers high-energy, low-impact group Pilates classes at two locations in Newport Beach and Laguna Niguel. Each 50-minute class provides a full-body workout that combines strength training with cardio activity in a dynamic group setting. The Reformer-based Pilates classes use weight-bearing springs, pulleys, straps, jumpboards, and accessories to sculpt and tone the entire body. The Laguna Niguel location is easily accessible to Laguna Niguel, Laguna Hills, and Aliso Viejo.
