Caffe Marchio

Caffe Marchio is a traditional Roman coffee bar located at The Redbury Hotel New York, offering a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a proprietary roast of Roman espresso, along with a variety of breakfast sandwiches and traditional Italian pasticcerie by Pastry Chef Jessica Weiss. The midday menu features casual Roman tramezzini and sandwiches with braised meats and vegetables, as well as seasonal contorni and a selection of beer and wine in the afternoon. The airy interiors are reminiscent of neighborhood coffee bars in Rome, with terrazzo countertops for stand-up, on-the-go refueling. Caffe Marchio is part of Union Square Hospitality Group's Roman eateries at the hotel, alongside Marta and Vini e Fritti.
