BUENO Restaurant is a new bistro in Boreum Hill, founded by former Chef and Sous Chef of Café Luxembourg in Manhattan. Named after Julio Bueno, the heart of Café Luxembourg's kitchen for 20 years, BUENO offers a diverse menu of casual brasserie choices, homemade pastas, creative daily specials, and classic bistro appetizers and entrees. The restaurant's concept and design are by Richard Krause, former Executive Chef at Café Luxembourg and former Chef and Sous Chef at Wolfgang Puck's Chinois on Main and Spago. With a beautiful and relaxed setting and friendly, professional service, BUENO aims to provide quality cuisine at reasonable prices. Kenny Kutch and Jarret Gibson, both experienced in Brooklyn restaurant management and expert bartenders, serve as hosts and partners in the endeavor.
