Braj Theatre

region encompasses present day cities of Mathura, Vrindavan, Goverdhan, NandGaon and Barsana, and is of historical importance as the birthplace of Lord Krishna and the originator of devotional arts and literature. Unfortunately, the region is under threat from pollution and unplanned development. Braj Theater hopes to support the region through Kund restoration and tree plantation. They encourage support through attending their performances, promoting the theater, learning about the tradition of Braj, purchasing books at their performances, and participating in a Braj Yatra. The theater aims to raise awareness about the spiritual importance of Braj region and the Bhartiya way of life among children and youth.
