BodyLab CrossFit

The BodyLab, founded in 2006 in a garage, has grown to a 3-acre facility with a 5000 square foot training floor and a military-style obstacle course. The facility offers flexible training schedules, competitions, and a focus on technique, consistency, and intensity. The trainers are certified in Olympic lifts, gymnastics, and StrongMan skills, with over 15 years of collective experience in the fitness field. The BodyLab prioritizes strength and conditioning training using CrossFit methods as a baseline, and offers nutrition suggestions and various methods to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
