Antico Noè, a famed Italian panini shop with a cult-like following in Florence, Italy, has expanded to the U.S. with its first outpost in Midtown Manhattan. The expansion is the result of two young entrepreneurs, Michael Grant and Vinny Dautaj, who met while living in Florence and were inspired by the authentic and delicious panini served at Antico Noè. The U.S. version of the shop will replicate the original's recipes and atmosphere, offering a genuine Tuscan experience to American customers. The team has trained at the Florence location to ensure consistent quality and taste. The Midtown Manhattan location will feature the top 10 best sellers from the original shop, as well as a selection of salads.
