The restaurant's interior, designed by Peter Sibilia and Damien Vizuete, evokes the 1950s Latin Riviera, providing a sunny and chic atmosphere. Executive Chef Ulrich A. Sterling brings his expertise to the menu, offering fresh interpretations of classic Latin dishes. In addition to their cuisine, Agua Dulce also offers their own infused flavored waters and charcoal-filtered waters. The restaurant provides multiple dining environments on two floors and plenty of outdoor dining options.
