Both rugs came back cleaned well and the loop rug which was much smaller and more delicate had been cleaned with extra care by hand. There are not many local vendors around so I was happy to find someone who did take such care of my things. When I stopped to pick them up the owner was kind enough to willingly offer me a tour of the workspace and explained a bit about the process for cleaning.
